Services

Smart. Simple. Transparent.

Smart. Simple. Transparent.

Option 1

Ongoing Comprehensive Planning

The service option designed to simplify your entire financial life, freeing you up to focus on what matters most.

Together, we’ll come up with your financial Blueprint.

We’ll walk you through everything. You’ll have unlimited support and regular check-ins to make sure you’re on the right path.

Great for those near financial independence or real estate investors who already hold more than two 1-4 unit properties or at least one property with more than 4 units.

How it works

Onboarding Phase: Building your Comprehensive Financial Blueprint

We’ll provide a comprehensive financial plan as the culmination of 4-5 onboarding meetings:

  1. Introductory call (get to know each other) ⇓
  2. Discovery meeting (get to know your goals and circumstances) ⇓
  3. Get Organized (get to know your current path) (optional, as needed) ⇓
  4. Explore Opportunities (get to know the possibilities) ⇓
  5. Plan Delivery (get to know your personalized financial success Blueprint)

Plan Maintenance Phase: Implementing your Blueprint, Monitoring Progress, and Modifying as Life Happens

We’ll accomplish a ton during onboarding, but it doesn’t stop there. Equipped with a plan, the next step is maintenance – staying the course.

I’ll be available to meet at least 3 times per year. We’ll tweak the plan as needed, and I’ll remain available for impromptu meetings as life happens. With ongoing financial planning, you’ll always have someone in your corner who deeply understands your circumstances.

Pricing

Pricing varies depending on circumstance and complexity. Most annual fees range from $6,000-$15,000 per year (plus a one-time onboarding fee equal to one quarter’s worth of the annual fee).

Factors that influence pricing include number of properties and number of units. Try our pricing estimator below!

Option 2

Financial Wellness Program

If you’re just starting out on your real estate investing journey, this may be the option for you. No-frills, minimal complexity. The focus isn’t on 30-year projections and future forecasting. It’s getting the basics right. It’s about getting that first deal or two under your belt.

You’re looking for peace of mind and an advisor in your corner who can help you cultivate healthy financial habits that lead to success.

How it works

Onboarding

We’ll have a Simple Setup meeting where we’ll get to know more about you and your goals. We’ll also make sure your financial data is accurate and coach you through action steps towards your goals.

Then: Monitoring Progress and Modifying as Life Happens

We’ll be checking up regularly. You’ll get the following on an ongoing basis:

  • Setup and maintenance of a custom online dashboard to monitor active accounts
  • Periodic net worth progress summaries
  • Monitoring financial wellness and benchmarking
  • Regular access to a personal financial advisor
  • Coordination of action steps with legal and tax advisors
  • Help with underwriting markets and deals
  • Performance Analysis for up to 2 rental properties

We’ll meet regularly, tweak suggestions as needed, and remain available for impromptu meetings when life happens. You’ll always have someone in your corner helping guide you through next steps.

Note that this service offering is not available for clients who already own more than 2 rental properties. As your portfolio grows and circumstances become more sophisticated, we expect you’ll “graduate” to comprehensive financial planning. Our Financial Wellness Program is designed to help get you there!

Pricing

Our Financial Wellness Program is a negotiable flat fee, but most commonly:

  • $4,000 per year for single individuals
  • $6,000 per year for married couples

Plus a one-time onboarding fee of one quarter’s worth of the annual fee ($1,000 if single, $1,500 if married).

Optional Add-On

Investment Management

The service option for the (semi-) traditional investor. You have (or want to have) some assets invested in securities, not just real estate. You’ve got a game plan and have saved diligently, but trading and rebalancing feel like chores you’d rather not manage.

You’ll have unlimited support and occasional check-ins to make sure you’re on the right path.

How it works

For planners and savers who want one less thing to think about.

Together, we’ll come up with an asset allocation that focuses on your investment goals, time horizons, and risk profile. Let REWealth handle rebalancing to help you stay on track.

Implementation will be “tax-aware” (meaning we’ll also advise on asset location). And when it comes time for distributions, we’ll strategize to avoid running out of money in retirement, minimize taxes, and remain compliant when distributions are required.

Note: If you’re a Comprehensive Financial Planning client and are already retired or financially independent, we require asset management. Otherwise, asset management is optional.

Pricing

The Investment Management fee is calculated as:

  • $0 – $500k: 1%
  • $500k – $2m: .7%
  • $2m – $5m: .5%
  • $5m+: .3%

Investable asset minimum for Financial Wellness or Comprehensive Planning clients is $20,000.

For others, our minimum is $100,000.

Optional Add-On

Estate Planning+

Heaven-forbid: If you got hit by a bus tomorrow, how would your family pay the bills? Who would take over assets? Business operations? Do you have a plan written down? If not, let REWealth facilitate your estate plan document setup.

Note that REWealth is not a law firm and does not provide legal services or advice. REWealth does not create legal documents. Instead, REWealth provides “scrivener” services – a fancy word that means: since we already know your goals, life, and financial circumstances, we can help communicate that information to the right parties who then get your documents drafted, potentially saving hours of attorney time and legal fees.

How it works

We’ll send you an estate planning prep package that provides general education about estate planning concepts and documents.

You’ll also get our estate planning questionnaires which will guide you through key questions to answer related to your wishes under a variety of circumstances.

Once you fill out the questionnaire, we’ll meet to review your answers. Then, REWealth will communicate your wishes, goals, and circumstances to appropriate third parties who will then facilitate document setup.

Note: Not all clients are eligible for the Estate Planning+ service. In particular, clients for whom any of the following are true are ineligible:

  • Assets are over $10m if single or $20m if married
  • You intend to disinherit any children (natural-born or adopted)
  • You have a history of family litigation related to trusts and estates
  • You intend to leave money to a non-family member caregiver
  • REWealth has reason to suspect you may not be acting by your own free will
Pricing

Pricing varies based on a variety of factors (including especially, but not exclusively, number of property deeds filed and notary service needs). But fees commonly range from $1,500 to $3,000.
