Candidly, there's no guarantee you should. Your best bet is to interview a handful of advisors (ideally CFP® professionals) to understand their philosophy and process, learn about their history and personality, and inquire into their experience and credentials. Only after you've vetted several options should you make a decision.
REWealth is built to address the unique needs and concerns of real estate investors. If you're looking for more empowerment and less worry, you've come to the right place.
REWealth specializes in comprehensive financial planning for those who have or aspire to have directly-held real estate. It's not that we can't or won't work with individuals or families who don't fit that profile; it's just that they may be better served by other advisors who specialize in whatever their unique planning needs may be.
That said, if you have zero interest in real estate investing but still wish to move forward, we're still happy to work with you.
You're probably not a good fit if you:
- Don't see the value in financial planning.
- Want stock tips or some inside track on how to beat the market.
- Are not comfortable using technology. (We're certainly able to help with the "how," but working with us will mean using technology.)
Yes. REWealth is a fee-only practice, meaning we do not receive any commissions or kickbacks from the sale of investments, insurance, or other products. Instead, we charge transparent fees for financial planning and investment management. Not only does this pricing model avoid major conflicts of interest, it allows us to help people who've been ignored by most financial advisors.
Yes. I'm a CFP professional and held to the fiduciary standard of care, meaning I'm legally and ethically required to act in your best interests when providing financial advice. All recommendations are tailored to fit your own goals and values.
I'm a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and a licensed Investment Adviser Representative. I've spent almost a decade in finance and am an active real estate investor. I know the strategies I've been able to execute successfully in my own financial life, and am eager to pay it forward for others.
Most people think all financial planners are "certified," but this isn't true. Just about anyone can use the title "financial planner." But only about 29% of financial advisors hold the CFP® credential.
Financial planners with their CFP® certification are held to a higher standard than any other advisor who is not certified. There are four pillars (Education, Examination, Experience, and Ethics) that a planner must satisfy before he/she may become a CFP®. CFP® professionals must accrue thousands of hours of experience prior to earning their certification and are rigorously trained.

We believe it's nearly impossible to consistently outperform the market over time. We also believe that what makes the biggest difference in long-term financial success isn't fancy investment accounts or products, but disciplined contributions - ideally, as early as possible. Automate what you can, let compounding work its magic, and focus on what you can control, like expenses, savings rate, taxes, and asset allocation.
We utilize an evidence-based approach to investing that focuses on diversification, discipline, minimizing costs and reducing taxes.
The goal is to harness the power of financial markets - not try to outguess them.
Not for financial planning. That's one of REWealth's differentiators: by charging a transparent, flat fee for financial planning, individuals can access services that historically might have only been available if they were already wealthy.
If you're also interested in having REWealth manage your investable assets, then yes, there are minimums, outlined here.
For new clients, we'll typically meet 4-6 times during the first year. (Four are scheduled, but we can add as needed.)
After year 1, we plan to meet three times per year. But we also understand that life happens. You'll have ready access to us, so if anything comes up between scheduled sessions, you're free to put time in my calendar for ad-hoc meeting.
We do our best work with clients that fit any of the following criteria:
- Are high-earning pre-retirees or retirees seeking financial planning and investment help, especially if they hold or aspire to hold investment real estate
- Understand how a successful retirement can benefit from expert guidance from a CFP®
- Value a deeply personal relationship with a CFP®
- Are responsive
- Are diligent savers
- Aren't chasing the next hot stock
- Align with our investment philosophy
- Have realistic expectations
- Will be honest with us and fully disclose assets, values, goals, and concerns
- Value our time and appreciate the value we bring
We aim to make the experience as seamless as possible. The entire planning process has been tailored to simplify and streamline your financial life, primarily through industry-leading software and technology.

That depends on your situation. For some clients, we can help save thousands of dollars within a few weeks. For others, it can take a few years to see the compounding benefits of good financial habits. But the primary payoff isn't just monetary, but psychological. The goal isn't so much finding the perfect portfolio to maximize risk-adjusted returns, but rather, optimizing for how well you sleep at night.
When we do manage investments, those investments are held at Charles Schwab.
REWealth is an independent Registered Investment Adviser (RIA), so we're not beholden to any broker dealer or fund manager. Sure, we custody with Schwab, but we're not compelled to have you invested in Schwab's products.
We certainly hope to invest in long-term relationships with clients. But if you choose to move on, you can either remain with Charles Schwab as your custodian by opening a "retail" account, or you can move your assets to a custodian of your choice.
Short answer: probably. Even professional athletes have their own trainers. Personal finance is similar: there's always room to grow. We aim to provide exceptional value to each and every client, regardless your level of expertise.
Short answer: no. REWealth is headquartered in Sinking Spring, Pennsylvania. But our practice is virtual. Geography shouldn't be a limiting factor to getting great financial advice. We can serve clients from all over the U.S. since most meetings take place on video or phone calls, fitting into your schedule without having to commute to an office.
At a high level, we cover the following topics:
- General Financial Planning
- Retirement Planning
- Investment Management
- Tax Planning
- Risk Management
- Assistance to Loved Ones
- Estate Planning
These can be thought of as headers beneath which are several domains relevant to your financial plan. Our Home page lists these in more detail.
We help real estate investors find financial freedom through comprehensive planning and wealth management.
